Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Fish Farm Attendant to join our aquaculture team. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily care of our fish stock, maintaining pond/tank environments, and ensuring operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Feeding & Care: Feed fish according to established schedules and monitoring protocols.
  • Water Quality Monitoring: Assist in checking and maintaining optimal water parameters (temperature, pH, oxygen levels).
  • Facility Maintenance: Clean, maintain, and secure ponds, tanks, nets, and filtration systems.
  • Health & Growth Tracking: Monitor fish behavior, report signs of disease or stress, and assist with sorting, grading, and harvesting.
  • Inventory & Security: Monitor feed stock levels and ensure the general security of the farm site.
