 These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AgriWoka platform and services. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:

1. Nature of Service.

AgriWoka is a digital job hub and consultancy platform designed to connect agricultural professionals (“Candidates”) with farm owners and agribusiness entities (“Employers”). AgriWoka acts as a facilitator and does not guarantee employment or the specific performance of any party introduced through the platform.

2. Account Eligibility

  • Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Candidates must possess the technical skills or certifications they claim in their profiles.
  • Employers must be legitimate agricultural operations or authorized representatives of such entities.

3. Professional Conduct

AgriWoka maintains a high standard of professional excellence. Users are prohibited from:

  • Posting false or misleading jobs, defamatory contents or inciting comment(s)
  • Engaging in any activity that undermines the integrity of the recruitment or consultancy process.
  • Employers are prohibited from seeking financial commitment from candidates.

4. Monetization and Payments

  • Employer Fees: Employers agree to pay fees associated with job postings, premium talent access, or consultancy services as outlined at the time of purchase.
  • Candidate Services: While registration and job application is totally free, specialized services such as profile verification, “vetted” badges, or CV optimization may incur a fee.
  • Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific service-level agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

The AgriWoka name, logo, software, and all original content are the exclusive property of AgriWoka Technologies. Unauthorized use of our branding or proprietary technology is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

AgriWoka, its parent company Veejosh Integrated Farms Limited, and its affiliates are working tirelessly to ensure safety and maximum digital protection for all users on the AgriWoka platform, however, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from:

  • Interactions or disputes between Candidates and Employers.
  • The accuracy of information provided by third-party users.
  • Technical interruptions or platform downtime.

7. Consultancy and Advisory Services

Technical advice provided through AgriWoka’s consultancy arm is based on industry best practices and the operational experience of our leadership. However, the implementation of such advice is at the sole risk of the user.

8. Data Privacy

Your privacy is a priority. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal and corporate data in compliance with Nigerian digital laws.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within Nigeria. 

10. Terms Modification
